Guizhou Liupanshui Expressway Viaduct Construction
Project Challenges:
Liupanshui has mountainous terrain, and the height of bridge piers is generally over 30 meters. The span of some cast-in-place beams is over 50 meters, which requires extremely high bearing capacity and overall stability of the scaffolding system. The construction period is tight, and there is a lot of rain in spring and summer, which also puts higher requirements on the corrosion resistance of the scaffolding.
Our Solution:
We provided a hot-dip galvanized heavy-duty Q345 cup-hook scaffolding system for the project, which was used to set up high formwork platforms and bridge pier outsourcing scaffolding. The cup-hook system has strong node rigidity, fast assembly, and high bearing capacity, which is very suitable for high height and high load conditions. In view of the local rainy environment, the hot-dip galvanizing process was selected to ensure that the scaffolding is rust-free for long-term outdoor use. At the same time, our technical team optimized the pole layout plan for the project, reducing materials and costs.
