Phase 1: Basic Refining - The production process of steel pipe involves several steps. It begins with Ironmaking, followed by Desulphurization and Basic oxygen steelmaking. Then, the process moves to LF (Ladle Furnace) and RH (Ruhrstahl - Heraeus vacuum degassing process), leading to Continuous Casting.
Phase 2: Rolling & Shaping - After that, Universal rolling takes place, followed by High - pressure water descaling twice, with Breaking down in between. Next is Heating, resulting in Bloom. Section steel is then processed through Step cooling and Horizontal roll straightening.
Phase 3: Final Finishing - Finally, the steel goes through Printing, Sawing, and the end product is the Steel pipe. Each step is crucial to ensure the quality and durability of the steel pipe produced.
